Mobley Attracting Interest

With the spring signing period just around the corner, many Division I programs are looking to fill needs, and for those looking for front court players, a name that gets mentioned quite often is Brandon Mobley. The six-foot-nine prospect has spent this prep year at St. John's Military Academy which is located just on the outskirts of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Although the Georgia transplant has needed to become accustom to the midwest winters, he has been positive about his experience at St. John's.

"Prep school is going good I've grown a lot from an academics standpoint, and I've had three 30 point games and 10 games with at least 25pts." Another positive Mobley notes about being at St. John's is that he added bulk to his body in preparation for the next level. "St John's has impacted my game but most of all I've gain 24lbs since I been here."
Mobley does feel what he will bring to the school he selects is the ability to get up and down the court, while being a three point threat. He continues to put in the work to improve his ball-handling, which he notes is the aspect of his game he feels is where he needs the most work.
Schools which Mobley notes are interested include USC, DePaul, Auburn, Minnesota and Seton Hall. Mobley states he has offers from all of these schools. Auburn and Seton Hall will be receiving visits from the forward in the next coming weeks. When the time does come for him to make a decision, Mobley is looking for a system that has a uptempo style of play.
